I’m not really a casino person but needed a place to stay riding motorcycles from the Folsom area to the Avenue of Giants and Fort Bragg. This place is clean, affordable, feels safe, and the drive up is beautiful. It’s about 30 mins from Clearlake and 1.5 hours to the forest. If you need an inexpensive nice place to stay between Clearlake and the coast, this will work.

The short version
What visitors say about Coyote Valley Casino
For a lot of Highway 101 drivers, Coyote Valley is first a gas stop. The station north of Ukiah has some of the lowest fuel prices around, a well stocked mini mart and a small slot room of its own, with the casino and hotel next door. Travelers heading for the redwoods or the Mendocino coast find the rooms clean and affordable, and the grill wins praise for burgers and chicken sandwiches.
Inside it's a modest casino with up to date machines, a bar, complimentary soft drinks, karaoke nights and free tribute band shows in the event space. Staff earn warm words from most visitors. Complaints center on tight slots and scarce promotions, a thin breakfast and inconsistent treatment of RVs: some park overnight without trouble, while others were asked to spend a set amount first or to move along. One family was told nobody under 21 could come inside.

Casino is easy off 101, with a pump and play for cheap gas. Nice grounds and safe parking. A little small, but some fun slot machines. Support your local tribes casino!
This place has genuinely great, friendly staff throughout! I came in 10 minutes before the restaurant closed... And they made sure I was taken care of and care of, and started the grill back up. Burger was fantastic! Karaoke night was fun... Highly recommend if you're on a road trip like me
Rating: 5/5 Stars
Coyote Valley is easily my favorite stop for gas in the area. While they’ve definitely gotten busier lately—simply because they have the best prices around—it
