Privacy policy
Casino Bloom is a free guide to casinos and card rooms. You can use every page and tool without an account. This page explains what is recorded when you visit and what you can do about it.

Our own visit statistics
To see which pages and tools are useful, the site records simple events: a page was viewed, a calculator produced a result, a phone, directions or website link for a venue was clicked, a sponsor band was seen or clicked. Each event stores only the day and time, the type of event, the page path, the venue or tool it concerns, and for the first page of a visit one word for where you came from (for example "google" or "direct"). It does not store your IP address, your browser details, the search terms you used, or anything you type into a calculator (odds, stakes and the like). These statistics use no cookies.
Google Analytics
We also use Google Analytics 4, a service from Google, to measure visits. It sets first party cookies (named _ga and _ga_ followed by an id) to recognise returning visitors, and Google receives information about your visit, such as the pages you view, your approximate location derived from your IP address, and your device and browser. We send it the same simple events as our own statistics and never the odds, stakes or other values you enter.
Google signals and ad personalization are switched off for this site, so the data is not used to personalize ads. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, Google Analytics is not loaded at all. You can also block it with Google's Google Analytics opt out browser add on or your browser's privacy settings. Your location in the tools
Tools such as Casinos near me can measure distances from a ZIP code or from your device's location if you allow it. The ZIP code is looked up in your browser, and the position or ZIP stays in your browser for that tab; it is not sent to us.
The contact form
If you send a request through the form on the For casinos page, we keep what you submit (your name and email, and any role, company, website, phone, city, interests, budget and message you add) so we can reply, together with a shortened version of your IP address (the last part removed) to deal with spam. We don't sell it or use it for anything else.
Maps, sponsors and other sites
Venue and town pages embed maps from Google Maps and OpenStreetMap. When a map loads, those services receive your request under their own privacy policies. Links to casinos, maps and our sponsor take you to other sites with their own policies; sponsor links are marked Sponsored and carry a campaign tag so the sponsor can see the visit came from us.
Hosting
The site is delivered through Cloudflare and our own web server. Like any website, they process standard request data such as IP addresses to serve pages and protect the site from abuse.
Children
Casino Bloom is meant for adults. Gambling is for people 21 and over in most of the places this guide covers (18 and over at some), and we don't knowingly collect information from children.
Questions or requests
To ask what we hold about you or to have a contact form request deleted, use the form on the For casinos page and say it is a privacy request. If this policy changes, the date at the top will change with it.
