I just had the nicest attendant Annette in the ladies room and the best service from Alexis in the Steakhouse. They are both excellent representations of stellar service.

The short version
What visitors say about High Winds Casino
High Winds is a smaller casino outside Miami with a steakhouse, a lounge and a local following, much of it older. Fans single out the people: attendants, servers and cashiers who greet them warmly, and in one case staff who checked the cameras to find a player who had left a big ticket in a machine. The floor is clean and cozy, and at the time of recent reviews a hotel and new parking were under construction.
The Friday catfish night, where the fish is all you can eat, is the main dining draw, and it divides people. One diner found it generous; others describe thin frozen fillets, hard hushpuppies and paper plates. Service in the lounge and bar can lag badly. Several players find the slots tight, the room is smoky for its size, and a few regulars felt security watched them more closely than necessary.

It was below freezing outside but warm and cozy inside the casino. My wife and I had lunch there, we were welcomed with Hi welcome to Highwinds casino party of two!
Well lunch was very good service also. Food came out quickly, hot and very good and when we paid the bill the gentleman at the podium ask how was…

Thank you for visiting and for your kind words. We know some of the area's best Chef’s historically and those they've taught in the food and beverage as well as the hospitality industry nationwide. We hope to exceed their standards one day and make them proud. 😉 However, we know YOU aren't talking about asparagus. 🙃 Thank you again.
Our favorite go too!!! This is the best place hands down. People are so nice , food is so very yummy !! I forgot a 500 dollar ticket in a machine. Menopause brain~ lol !!! And they looked up on the camera to see who was sitting there last and they came and found me ! I feel so blessed !! Such a great place !!
Too bad July goes out as such. No drinks come around, , no service, No fun, lose my hat, Security swiped it , then I'm already upset, gotta tell her what it says on front. Oh, yeah, gray golf hat. I got it, But Nothing Else, Got It
