  This property is very nice & the beds are so comfortable. The property is well cared for, however, without Jennifer & Anna (front desk) it Would just be another hotel. They Made sure we were comfortable, made sure we are happy. So

  The carpet in the hotel hallway was filthy, everything is very dated. There isn’t a refrigerator or microwave in the rooms. The small grill is understaffed and had run out of pastries by 9pm. Which didn’t matter anyway because we had no way

  We have been to all the casinos from Biloxi to Waveland and have had a good experience. Hollywood Casino the staff has been amazing in the hotel. The front Desk, staff, consisting of Anna,brooke, Kristi, Christopher, Jennifer and Allison
