The short version

What visitors say about Lucky Star Casino Concho

Concho is the original and largest of the Cheyenne and Arapaho Lucky Star casinos, just outside El Reno, and for many visitors the draw is its outdoor amphitheater. Touring rock and country acts play there. Concertgoers also warn that shows go on rain or shine, reserved seats are old folding chairs packed tight, entry and exit lines are poorly organized, and ticket fees and $10 beers add up.

RV travelers know the place for its free campground, a row of sites with full hookups for up to three nights and a grassy patch for walking dogs; test the power box before unhitching. Longtime regulars say it has gone downhill, with soda fountains out of ice for weeks, drinks that pour mostly syrup, ashes left between machines and slots that pay far less than they used to. Two first time table players felt the dealers saved their warmth for regulars.

We stayed at the campground overnight. It's tough to complain about free with full hookups but the trailer in the first site was a little sketchy, looks like it's been there awhile. They never bothered us. The staff was great! We had to over hang a little in our site & security said as long as we are not blocking the…

Lucky star Casino has gone so downhill !! For the past 2 years it had been my go to 2-3 times weekly but the past 5-6 Times that I have been out there the soda machines have no ice - how can you be out of ice for multiple weeks ? I would think they could afford some ice since I haven’t had a win for at least that…
