Of the three Agua Caliente casinos in the desert, Rancho Mirage is the full resort, with the hotel, the spa and the theater. Hotel guests describe bright, clean rooms with plenty of extras, and the steakhouse is the restaurant people mention most. Parking is easy, with valet or plenty of free spaces.
Slot players can't agree. Some say it pays better than Vegas, while others call the machines tight and say they never see anyone win. Several reviewers had bad encounters with dealers, hosts or pool bar staff. The theater books concerts and comedy, though one showgoer found the room uncomfortably hot. Smoking is allowed here, so nonsmokers tend to prefer the Cathedral City casino, which is smoke free.

Only went to the casino for a little bit, won a little so I put it in my pocket and left with a smile. I would love to review a room there or at one of the other 2 casinos, but it's a bit out of my budget, but if they were to comp me a room I would love to leave a review, good or bad. Right off the10 freeway with easy access to many places. Food was very good. The casino was fun. Thr rooms were clean and bright with all sorts of amenities. We would be pleased to stay here again. Excellent hotel.

The people and the restaurants were very nice. However, they didn't tell us (until we arrived) about construction. They were working above our room from 7am until 5pm and the rotohammer was so loud we couldn't hear the TV or even make phone
