The short version

What visitors say about Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tulsa

Hard Rock Tulsa, the former Cherokee Casino Resort in Catoosa near Interstate 44, suits people who want a full casino. Craps and other live tables run even on a slow Sunday, there's a poker room, music plays throughout, and the buffet runs to Chinese, Italian and Mexican dishes among others, though one diner found it overpriced. The Route 66 Diner and a food court fill in. Weekends are packed, and several regulars prefer midweek.

Most hotel guests like the modern rooms and comfortable beds, but the complaints are specific. First timers struggle to find the hotel entrance, which sits at the opposite end of the complex from the main casino lot. Pool closures upset guests who booked for the pool, housekeeping requests go unanswered, and a few rooms had dirt, stains or pests. Slot players frequently call the machines tight.

I have never stayed in any of their rooms. I live an hour and a half away so I just do day trips. I don't know the casino real well to get around but I have had some good luck in there. Everyone seems to be very friendly and helpful. I did eat at the buffet. It has a large variety of different foods. Including Chinese, Italian, Mexican, and American. What I ate was very good.

We were in town and went here for food and drinks. The Route 66 Diner was very good for the food and prices were as expected inside a casino. The service was great and they were very friendly. I would eat here again. Then we headed over to

We stayed on a Sunday night while traveling. It was really quiet with not much going on. The facilities were top notch. Very well done and well maintained. The room was modern and nice. The casino had table games including craps running even on a very slow Sunday night. Food was limited to the food court that evening, but there are better restaurants during peak times

Great place to go have fun. Rather go during the week. Not as busy. Weekends are super busy. Better chances on hitting during the week. My opinion. But all around. Great place to go spend a little money and even better to win some money 💰
