Horseshu hotel has a 90s feel about it in as much as it feels like it hasn't been upgraded since then. The room was clean until you pulled the bed out to find a socket...ugh! Talking about sockets, none of them hold in a plug, never had
If I could give it a 0 I would. When we made our reservations I made sure to tell them we needed a handicap accessible room on the bottom floor. I was assured we would have it. Instead of easily accessible I had to climb down stairs. Hotel outer doors are not secure. We were told we would have a microwave, mini fridge…
We stayed here on the weekend of the Warrant concert. I would have loved to see this place when it was a fully functional facility. Would be great to see this place get some TLC and maybe at least a small staff located there.
And fix the old hot tub, too. Please.
