Montego Bay is the Wendover casino people describe as busy above everything else. On weekends the floor fills up, the parking lot runs short and some players hold two machines at once, and hotel guests hear crowds in the halls late at night. The rooms are its strength. Reviewers call them clean and roomy, though one found a sagging mattress and an old style tub, and a couple of recent guests had no working air conditioning.
Smoke and service draw the complaints. Several guests say cigarette smoke hangs over the casino and drifts into nonsmoking rooms, and one found ash on the machines. Many find the front desk curt or indifferent, and late checkout appears to go only to top players club tiers. Food splits opinion: one regular ranks its grill and Italian dining room first in town, while others found the cafe food poorly seasoned and the prices steep.

Used to be a real fun place to fly into on the wendover fun flight, but not so much anymore. You have a long drive!
Online reservation had a discount but their system was down. Said too mention it when we got there. Of course they do nothing about it, so we paid regular price for a room.

Rooms were very nice! They did have a old style bath tub so make sure to pick up your feet when getting in to shower. But very nice place and rooms were really nice. The bed felt like it was sunk in the middle but still a good nights rest. I would recommend to family and friends.
First and foremost, Montego used to be fun. Poker room, entertainment, food, comps, etc. This casino has by far the worst customer service and zero good vibe. The slots are terrible, you cant get a drink, cash and sports betting machines
