If I could give Kickapoo Casinos more than five stars, I would. The rooms were spotless and felt brand new, the food was outstanding, and the customer service was top-notch. Management went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. We’ll definitely be coming back!

We love going here! We've come out to them from San Antonio for years. We never get big wins, but we have fun. The rewards send us lots of free play money and we get free items on occasion. We stayed the night a few years ago before the renovations and the rooms were nice and clean and comfortable. So I imagine they are nicer now.

Had a great time celebrating a family member birthday! Too bad they didn't have the "birthday" gift they advertised, and were also sour about it too; they could've at least offered an alternative one! Overall, we won a lot more than we lost.
We are in the RV park for 2 nights and this rv area is wonderful. 24/7 security so you are comfortable leaving for the day to go across the border etc. full hookups and the casino is friendly and fun. We will definitely be back. Clean, safe, fun and inexpensive!!!

There machines have lowest payouts of any casino. I've gotten 60 spins many times and your lucky If you get $100.00. What is that!!! the machines are always skipping or reels are lagging to avoid paying out. I'm disgusted with the way the
Came to the casino ONLY to play! Spent over 3k and not even a bonus… these machines are beyond tight. I’ve spent less in my hometown slots and win big amounts. This is ridiculous! Never coming back. People it’s not worth it… Make the drive to Lake Charles or Choctaw Casino. I honestly don’t even want to give it a 1 star.
They give all the good rewards and lucky buck to people that live close to casinos I am 7 hours away and can't go that often cuz of work and family with kids and I feel like I'm missing out an a lot of rewards cuz people that are closer can go a lot more weekly or monthly and get more rewards out of it versus somebody that's six seven hours away it's a little much harde
My grandmother went this past weekend and from what the machine said she won bonus 3 times ($180) but the machine only paid $60. When she asked for a manager they told her that it operated under the bingo law so she could only get paid $60
Has to be the worst casino in AMERICA! Haven't been here in 16 months nothing has changed. Food mediocre, employees are rude especially in the poker room. Strict rules on cell phones but yet the local are speaking in Spanish talking about there hands. What is that! Colluding like crazy. Can't be on your cell phone?…
