Room was nice, help desk helped, dinner was not so good for surf and turf...expensive for grisly meat and chewy shrimp...such a disappointment. Very nice selection on slots. I don't do tables but looked like there was enough. And love the adult time for hot tub. Overall was a good time and I will return.

The short version
What visitors say about Saganing Eagle's Landing Casino & Resort
Saganing is the smaller sister to Soaring Eagle, up the road in Standish, and regulars value it for a clean, easygoing floor and staff who are friendly at the front desk, on the gaming floor and in the dining rooms. There are plenty of machines for its size, the rooms are roomy and comfortable, and guests make use of the pool and hot tub.
Food is uneven. The sit down restaurant collects as many complaints as compliments, while the food court and deli get better marks.
The loudest complaint in recent reviews is about the players club. Longtime regulars, some at the top tiers, say free play, food credits and free rooms have been cut back sharply, and several have stopped making the drive. One guest who booked through the hotel found the same night listed for less on a third party travel site.

We first ate at The Landing restaurant. Food is good but not the best you have had. Each time we eat here there are hardly any people in here. The prices are super !
We stayed at the hotel for a birthday celebration and it was wonderful! We had dinner in the restaurant and it was delicious along with great service. We enjoyed a little gambling and overall had a fabulous time.
Very frustrating. I received a promo offer for Soaring Eagle for free play and a free room but when I called for the room they didn't have one, but I was offered a room for two nights as Saganing. I told by the woman from reservations that I would use the same gambling card and would have all the same deals at…
