The two ladies at the front desk we're friendly and awesome. They even let us park our motorcycles at the doorway. There is a casino right there at the hotel. We split a club sandwich at the restaurant it was pretty good. The rooms were very clean and enjoyable. My only one complaint was the old toilet seat that was…

The short version
What visitors say about Winners Inn Casino
Winners Inn sits right on Winnemucca Boulevard in the middle of town, and plenty of drivers on Interstate 80 and US 95 have made it a habit to stop. The casino keeps an old fashioned feel. Slots run around the clock, while blackjack tables open in the afternoon and shut down after midnight, and one player found the minimums friendly outside the busy season. The cafe draws compliments for coffee, pie and a well cooked sirloin, and a longtime regular liked a recent remodel.
Service is the weak point. Reviewers describe bartenders who are hard to find or brusque, and front desk clerks who snapped at them. Rooms are often not ready at the 4 pm check in time, and some bookings get sent to an older building across the street, which one guest left the moment she saw it. Old cigarette smoke, masked with air freshener, lingers in places.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at your establishment while passing through town, and I wanted to take a moment to share my experience.
As I was driving through the area, I noticed your enticing billboards along the freeway advertising your steaks. Intrigued, I decided to stop in with a friend to try your…
Absolutely the worst hotel when it comes to reservations and check in time. Check in is at 4:00 (a little late but willing to deal) then come 4:00 our room still isn’t available. By 5:30 we got our room.
