Concert and fight nights fill the hotel, and that is when problems pile up. Two guests who booked through travel sites for the same show found their reservations canceled when they arrived, and others mention room swaps at check in, a poorly cleaned bathroom and charges after a room inspection. The buffet, lobster night included, gets mostly poor marks for price and quality, and waits are common at the bars, for the drink carts and at the players club counter.

The overall stay was very good. The room was a typical casino type room that really designed for you to stay in too much but comfortable enough. Their food choices are pretty damn good. They have a good deal on the buffet, especially if you got a player card.

I was told on the phone that I could match my player level from another casino?? I was not told that I had to fall within a specific range of casinos. They did not match my player level. And you have to wait for hours for a drink cart to

This is probably the worst hotel I've stayed at. The staff was nice for the most part but much cheaper hotels are twice as good. The bathroom looks like it hasn't been cleaned good in 6 months. There is mold, mildew, and other people's hair
