We had a great time they had everything we could possibly need, we stayed for four nights. Wish the wifi was free. Parking is close to the hotel, the casino floor was medium size. Hells kitchen was tasty. The snacks stands were yummy and the pool drinks were amazing. Fast service. It's like Las Vegas without the 6 hour drive.

Love the friendly staff, the clean pretty rooms, the excellent restaurants, and the beautiful decor. Dislike no coffee in the rooms, no hand shower nozzle, and no bidet. Pool area is too small when the facility is crowded. Overall a nice casino to stay at. Oh, love the hiking trail!

Our stay at Harrah’s was a huge disappointment, especially considering we paid over $600 for one night.
I stayed at Harris and was extremely disappointed with my experience. The room was old, dirty, and smelled strongly of smoke. I did not request a smoking room, but that is what I was given. I asked to be moved to a non-smoking room, but they would not accommodate me.

The lady security guard was very rude at the front entrance. Instead of saying have fun or good luck she said my vehicle was gonna get towed so we went to a different casino. We won’t be go back anytime soon if that’s how Harrah’s is gonna greet their guests.
