Just spent a restful night in the hotel. I'd like commend Priscilla at the reservation desk. She was so helpful, friendly and accommodating when we checked yesterday afternoon and again this morning! She is a model of great customer service!
Went here for a break and to visit with family. The facility was nice and the staff were accommodating. We're not much for casinos but it seemed the gamblers were enjoying themselves.Very nice view from our room too. The food was good and the atmosphere was nice overlooking the lake. Overall a very enjoyable experience.
Went to catch a band in the lounge. Staff was great. Bathrooms and elsewhere was all clean.
Some lady stole my husband's phone but security caught her on camera and retrieved it.
