I've stayed here 3 or 4 times and I find it a great value for the area. Friendly service, plenty of parking, electric car charging, not pretentious, and the rooms are clean and sufficient for a couple day stop. Parking here always feels safer than at a Reno casino, and the restaurants have huge portions. It's not the fanciest, but it's perfect for my needs.

It was my first time staying here but will definitely not be my last time.I think I've found my new favorite place to stay when I travel to Reno. It's a great place to stay at they have a casino across the street from the hotel rooms and
Needed to stay in Reno to visit family. The rooms are a little dated but cleaned and maintained. The front desk service was outstanding, smooth check in and had and issue with the room that the maintenance team took care quickly. Great stay and next time will check out the casino and restaurants.
I'm not a gambler. I picked this hotel for the convenience and that they would take me and my dog! But, here's the surprise twist: the service is 5 - star. Truly. Front desk staff, very helpful. The cafe wait staff too -- shout out
