The short version
Bighorn is a small slots joint on East Lake Mead Boulevard. Anyone hoping for blackjack will leave disappointed, since reviewers couldn't find a single table. The machines are packed close together and the smoke is heavy, bad enough that one visitor had to change clothes afterward.
The cafe is the better reason to stop. It never closes, the breakfast specials and nightly deals are cheap, and servers get friendly mentions. The cooking is uneven, though. Diners describe cold potatoes, tough meat and bland pork chops, and a couple were annoyed to pay extra for to go containers. Curt service at the cage and the bar comes up, as do pushy security guards, and a few visitors didn't feel comfortable in the parking lot or the surrounding area.

Pretty good food in here. Always passed by it and never ate here and was pleasantly surprised. And it’s 24 hours so that’s a plus. Prices are really good and they should be for a small place. Will definitely be back for more.

The breakfast special was the bomb! 3 eggs, hash browns/fries, country ham/sausage and toast for just $5.

The food was good, but a little over priced for a dive casino. You didn't have the stuff to make a salted rim Patron. Which I find odd. John was a great drink server and Shiela was an excellent server, very personable.

This casino is very small and seems to be focused entirely on slot machines. We did not find any table games at all. If they do have them, they must be very well hidden because we looked around and couldn't find any.
The biggest issue for us was the cigarette smoke. The smell was extremely strong throughout…
It has been a source of major let down. At first I was excited cuz I want some money but that was quickly changed two great disappointment between cocktail waitresses that ignore multiple requests for water but we're quick to serve alcohol
Service is excellent and friendly. Prime rib was good but would have been great if not luke warm. Wouldn't mind waiting a bit longer but not sure if would have mattered since, vegetables were over cooked.

The place was clean and security was definitely in the buliding. Yet the customer service was horrible. The waitress act as if i was bothering her to order a drink. That's your job.
And the resturant was the worst resturant I have EVER ATE IN ANY CASINO IN AMERICA.
The manger said i had i still had to pay. I won my money plus more only reason they are getting a 2 star.
