The short version
The Cannery is a locals casino on East Craig Road in North Las Vegas, and truckers seem to know it well, since two reviewers mention free parking for semis and commercial drivers. Inside there's a movie theater, a sports bar and the Victory Cafe, which earns praise for big portions and attentive servers. Plenty of other restaurants and shops line Craig Road outside, and the location keeps you clear of Strip traffic.
Servers, bartenders and slot techs get warm words. The hotel side is shakier. Guests describe rooms that look stuck in the 1980s, a smoky smell, no coffee maker or microwave, and two separate reports of bed bugs.
A couple of visitors had tense exchanges with security, and sports fans say nobody comes by for drink orders in the sportsbook or sports bar. One guest felt the resort fee was slipped in with the deposit.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay a little vacation well needed and deserved especially for my trucker husband. Had no problem with parking a semi truck just awesome. Staff was wonderful especially Sol Gonzalez the manager wonderful

This hotel has a clean and comfortable environment. The bed was not super comfy ( a little too soft). However, the interaction with everyone from check in to the fantastic server May at the Victory Cafe was amazing! 🤩 Thank you again for a fun and enjoyable experience. P.S. The Victory Cafe has delicious food, incredible service and large portions.

Very nice hotel. Clean rooms. Great casino floor space. Employees were friendly and courteous. Location great if you don't like traffic from the strip. Surrounded by nearby restaurants and fun for all ages. I will definitely be returning.

This is a smaller casino but they still have a good variety of games. The cafe has really good food and fantastic service.
