The short version
What visitors say about Fernley Nugget
The Fernley Nugget went completely nonsmoking, and that is what reviewers mention first. People who hate walking out of a casino reeking of smoke are grateful, and regulars treat it as a quick, casual place to play. Most recent reviews describe attentive staff, strong drinks and games that pay now and then, occasionally big.
The complaints are about value and service. Several players call the slots tight, and one regular rates the rewards points poorly next to other casinos. Older reviews describe rude cashiers and floor staff, slow refills at the bar, and a long wait for anyone to take an order at the diner.
Written from about 20 recent Google reviews, Google's most relevant and its lowest rated, read in September 2026. Places change, so take it as a guide rather than the last word.

Drinks are strong! Play is good. Fun casino. Staff and bartenders are great.
Quick place to go gamble with nice employees but their point system as far as Rewards is terrible compared to other casinos
