The short version
What visitors say about Pioneer Crossing Casino
Fans rank Pioneer Crossing first among Fernley's casinos, and bingo is a big part of that. Regulars mention bingo sessions that run all day, weekly drawings, new machines and a staff they speak of warmly. There are no live table games, only machines and a bar.
The food situation has changed. Older reviews praise the Branding Iron Cafe and its steak nights, but recent visitors say the sit down restaurant is gone, and one describes a small food area serving snacks. Complaints on the gaming side are familiar: slow drink service, slots that feel tight, and free play and mailer prizes that turn out to be tiny. One regular also found it odd that free play status resets every month.

Pioneer Crossing is by far the nicest casino in Fernley. The staff is always friendly and attentive, and the cocktail servers do an excellent job keeping drink orders running smoothly. Even the night shift makes a point to check in and ask if I need anything, which really stands out.
