Whew Karen is back in the good ole Fernley and I strike again. This time at Silverado, I am amazed at this side of town and all the goodies around. I lost money but great experience and good food. Also have chevron gas next door which is a 10/10 for me love that company. I will definitely be back. The bathrooms are clean too.

The short version
What visitors say about Silverado Casino
Silverado is a smaller casino on West Newlands Drive in Fernley, and drivers find it handy, with a gas station next door and EV chargers across the street. Players who like it mention friendly staff, managers who sort out problems, and bingo games with regular promotions. The restaurant has loyal fans for its breakfasts, biscuits and gravy included.
Just as many diners came away unhappy, citing overcooked steak, lumpy mashed potatoes and slow or confused service. On the floor, the usual complaint is that bonuses rarely trigger and the rewards program gives little back compared with clubs in Reno. One visitor found the music so loud it drove them out.

We got off to a bad start which wasn't the employees fault the Casino operations that owns multiple casinos seems to not trust their employees to reset a simple pin but thank God for the manager she was able to figure it out and I give five stars to the management and employees at this casino but not to the casino…
Just ordered a ribeye steak. It was over cooked and smelled like fish. Im guessing because thier special is fish tacos. Mashed potatoes are more like half mashed potatoes ( lots of chunks in them.) They also didn't give me my players discount.
I ordered an English muffin sandwich, not an egg frisbee. This thing was flopping out the sides like it was trying to escape the breakfast shift. Y’all ever heard of folding? It’s not just for laundry. Tuck that egg in like it’s bedtime—not starring in a halftime show.
