The short version
Four Winds Dowagiac is the small member of the group, a casino with no hotel where the staff come up in nearly every positive review. The floor is clean, the slot selection is decent for the size, and there are a few tables for card players. One visitor was pleased with the free drink station, stocked with soda, tea and hot drinks.
Winning is another matter. Many reviews describe long losing sessions and free play that paid back pennies, and several regulars say they do better at other Four Winds locations. Longtime cardholders also say the mailed offers and perks have shrunk. The food gets mixed reviews.
