    The service staff are the best experience about the GN. Friendly, welcoming, ready to assist with any needs with a smile and good attitude. The hotel and casino itself need modern upgrading.     The rooms and bathrooms are for lack of a better word just plain bad, they are dated and not cleaned as well as they should be. The floors, walls and mirrors, not cleaned properly if at all. There are NO Refrigerators, there are Power Cords running from outlets that work because others don't work. Lamps, USB Ports on…
