Ok so the Hard rock Hotel was a nice hotel BUT the following pissed me off!

There was a slight mix up on our part in our room selection, accidentally getting a smoking room. We are not smokers. The manager was very helpful! They let us check out the room first. There was just a very slight smell and they assisted with a ozone machine which did the job. Great staff and management!
