The short version

What visitors say about Laughlin River Lodge

The River Lodge splits its gaming across several small rooms inside one building, Dotty's and La Villita among them, which gives it a different feel from the big floors elsewhere on Casino Drive. Families come for the bowling alley and arcade, room rates are low, and one family found a two bedroom suite with a river view at a good price.

What it lacks is food and upkeep. There is no sit down restaurant on site, so plan to eat elsewhere. Regulars say the pool has been out of service for a long stretch and the escalators have sat broken, and rooms feel like the 1980s, down to the furniture and the television. Reviewers also mention a stale smoke smell and security staff who seemed uninterested in helping.

This was the last casino on the Laughlin strip that we needed to go to so we thought we would try it. Parking was great we got a front row spot which after being inside i understand why. The casino was very outdated and stunk. We just wanted a quick and easy bar food and thought this would be the place. The prices…

The rooms were decent. A little bit outdated, not much to offer you, play, d you are only there to stay. The night and not really spend time in the room. Then, this could be a place for you. Pricing was pretty good. The casino itself

We visited the River Lodge to explore the property, check out the amenities, and enjoy a bite to eat. Unfortunately, we were disappointed to find that there isn't a sit-down restaurant or café on-site per the person at the registration desk on Sunday, so we ended up leaving.

That said, there are plenty of fun…

This is one of the only places in loflin that we found that has big suites, they're called family suites. 2 bedroom 2 bath, very clean river view. Great price, nice casino downstairs. Not much for restaurants, but those are all over the place in LA Flam. Anyway, but a very nice hotel for the price.
