Value is the expected profit per dollar if the fair chance is right: positive means the sportsbook's price is longer than fair. Fair chances come from this 1X2 market with its margin removed, so they are only as good as those prices. Draw no bet refunds your stake if the match is drawn.
Calculations show hypothetical outcomes from the prices you enter. They do not predict results, and betting always involves risk.
How the fair prices are worked out
The calculator first removes the margin from the 1X2 prices, so home, draw and away add up to 100%. Then:
- 1X = home + draw; X2 = draw + away; 12 = home + away.
- Draw no bet (home) = home / (home + away). Draw no bet (away) = away / (home + away).
Example with home +150, draw +230, away +180: the fair chances are 37.7%, 28.6% and 33.7%, so fair 1X is -197, X2 is -165, 12 is -250, draw no bet home -112 and draw no bet away +112.
Using it to compare prices
Type a sportsbook's own double chance or draw no bet price into the table and the Value column shows the expected profit per dollar if the fair chance is right. Double chance markets often carry a bigger margin than the 1X2 they come from, which this makes easy to see.

Common questions
What is double chance betting?
A bet on two of the three match results at once: 1X (home win or draw), X2 (draw or away win) or 12 (either team wins, no draw). You win if either result happens, so the odds are shorter than for a single result.
What is draw no bet?
A bet on one team in which a draw refunds your stake. It removes the draw from the 1X2 market, so the fair chance is the team's win chance divided by the chance of either team winning.
Do these markets include extra time?
Normally not: double chance, draw no bet and 1X2 are usually settled on regular time (90 minutes plus stoppage time). Check the sportsbook's rules for cup matches.
Is draw no bet the same as Asian handicap 0?
In outcome, yes: a 0 handicap refunds the stake on a draw, exactly like draw no bet. Prices can still differ between the two markets at the same sportsbook.
