    We stayed there one night and when we arrived, a $75.00 'cleaning charge' was added to our bill. They tell you you'll get it back in about 14 days after you leave if everything is good in the room. Everything was good. We slept there. That's it. I was not happy with the 75.00 extra for cleaning and since this goes…

    Overall this place is good for the value! We stayed in two different rooms - the suite for two days and a regular king on the third day. The suite was nice. The doors that open as your window are cute. I read in other reviews that the rooms

    Today is July 4th and we ( my wife and I) checked in yesterday for a stay until July 7th. We arrived to our room and noticed that there were no hangers for our clothes ,no blanket on the bed, no light bulbs in the bedside lamp, there was hair in the shower, and no Do Not Disturb sign(we like to sleep late).     Not worth the money! Was of dried toilet paper stuck to the floor. Coffee pot broken. No ironing board but had iron. Shower door sticks. Poor check-in experience. Didn’t honor elite status early check in with out paying. The room was ready for a price. Why have Diamond Status if you can’t use the benefits. Stay some else.
