The short version

What visitors say about Caesars Atlantic City

Caesars sits midway along the Boardwalk with a wide beach out front, and its best reviews come from people who landed in the right tower. Guests in the Centurion tower and the Nobu section describe clean, spacious rooms with big water views, and bell and valet staff get consistent praise. The lobby and casino are grand, and diners liked the steaks at Morton's and the food at Hell's Kitchen.

The older towers are another matter. Reviewers describe dated rooms with peeling paint, mold in the shower and water damage that was painted over, and one couple found roaches in the suite they were moved to. Housekeeping is spotty, check in lines run long when kiosks fail or desks are short staffed, and the extra charges annoy people, above all a separate fee to use the pool.
