Great location, friendly and helpful staff, beautiful pool. Rooms are fine, bathrooms very small, TVs need an upgrade. Comfortable, clean beds. Caeser (bell hop) was so kind and funny! The doormen and bellhops were all very kind! Would visit again.

The short version
What visitors say about Resorts Casino Hotel
Resorts has loyal regulars. Some have been coming for well over a decade, and most describe a quiet, comfortable place rather than a glamorous one. The draws are the location near the beach, a pretty pool and friendly staff, from the bellhops to the room attendants. One conference visitor enjoyed the casino floor's 1970s look.
It is an older hotel and it shows. Rooms are dated, bathrooms small and the TVs due for an upgrade, and complaints run to dirty sheets and windows, fixtures that didn't work and a cigarette smell that drifts into nonsmoking rooms. Two separate guests had staff open the door and walk in while they were inside. Parking fees also draw grumbles.
