The short version

What visitors say about Circus Circus Reno

Circus Circus is the budget choice among the three linked downtown Caesars casinos, joined by skyway to Silver Legacy and the Eldorado. Guests who left happy found a cheap rate or a package deal, a clean and roomy room and an easy walk to restaurants and the Riverwalk along the Truckee.

Many others did not. The resort fee can nearly double an advertised rate, and there is no pool, nor access to the one at the sister hotels. Sky Tower rooms mean a long trek from the front desk unless you pay for a closer one. Cleanliness draws the most complaints: stains, hair, trash left behind and rooms smelling of cigarettes or marijuana. Broken elevators, long waits for the working ones and few late night food options add to it. One family also had to lead their kids from the arcade to the lobby through the smoky casino.

Keep your family, kids, and vehicles safe. Book at another hotel away from this area and their select clientele. Aesthetically, Circus Circus rooms are very much like run down motels: extremely dated, foul smell, overused bedding and furniture. We booked here via a 3rd party for 3 nights for one of Reno’s fire…

The internet wasn't working for our entire stay and is not secure.

    Response from the owner

We appreciate your input regarding the internet, elevator wait times, and room noise. We understand these issues impacted your stay and recognize how frustrating it must have been to experience non-functioning internet throughout your entire visit, especially when trying to use your personal streaming devices. We also acknowledge that the extended 15-20 minute wait times for elevators created significant inconvenience during your stay, and we understand how the noise levels and door gaps affected your comfort in the room. Your feedback about the TV input difficulties and the need to use your personal data for streaming due to the internet issues is noted. We're glad you found value in the resort fee amenities including the shuttle service, mini circus acts, and gaming options for both adults and children, though we recognize these didn't offset the connectivity and facility concerns you experienced.

Everytime I stay at this hotel I have an issue with the rooms not being cleaned. I stayed here for a Basketball tournament and found hair in the bathroom. I recently came back to stay for the rib cook off and found stuff under the bed. The
