  • Lively floor with friendly craps dealers
  • Skyway links to two sister casinos
  • Good restaurants that deliver to rooms

The short version

What visitors say about Eldorado Reno

Plenty of downtown regulars sleep at Silver Legacy and gamble at the Eldorado, its sister casino across the skyway. Craps players like the dealers and say minimums run a little lower than next door, and the floor has a lively feel. The restaurants earn steady praise, Cin Cin among them, and some kitchens will send food up to the rooms. A show impressed one visitor.

The hotel side drags it down. Reviewers call the rooms worn and overdue for a remodel, and several found them poorly cleaned on arrival, with trash, stains or a stale smell. Reservations go wrong often enough to note: rooms not ready hours after check in time, booked upgrades the system could not find, double bookings that left guests scrambling. Security staff draw complaints for rudeness, and some guests felt uneasy around the property late at night. The pool is plain.

Rooms decent and loved the Casino! Dealers and Pitbosses fun and friendly for the most part (especially at the Craps Tables) and slightly lower minimums than the sister casino Silver Legacy. (The Silver Legacy and Eldorado are connected and easily accessible to each other without going outside)

I have stayed here twice in the past year. This is my favorite downtown hotel. The mini bar in the room, has great prices. You can order from some of the restaurants and they deliver to the room.

One of the worst hotels ever. I checked in and got to my room and I see a dirty table and half drank water bottle. I opened thee dredge and there was moldy leftovers. The light bulbs were running out so the room was super dim. I found a pink stain on the pillow cover. We walk down the row and realized that the other…

Having 3 Ceasears properties located side by side is great. Lots of varity in games, atmosphere and food. The pool has a lot to desired. You would think a hotel in the desert would have a better pool setting. The room is showing it's age and needs a remodel. The carpeting is bunching up in several locations…
