The short version

What visitors say about Peppermill Resort Spa Casino

Many guests put the Peppermill's rooms among the nicest they have had anywhere, and the upper floors come with good views. Around them are three pools with hot tubs, an arcade, a spa and a bakery that makes custom birthday cakes. Diners mention the sushi at Oceana, dinner at Chi, the cafe's big sundaes and a bar on the top floor.

It suits families better than couples. Kids fill all three pools, and adults hoping for a calm swim wish one deck were 21 and over. The resort sits on South Virginia Street, a drive rather than a walk from other casinos. Complaints center on charges added at check in, early construction and hallway noise, uneven service at Cafe Milano and slots that players rank among the tightest in town. Two reviewers also warn that the facial recognition cameras at the doors can mistake a visitor for someone banned.

We were evacuated for the Fred/Bug fire. Peppermill made this incredibly stressful time bearable. We were able to stay with our two dogs at a discounted rate for four nights. I appreciate a business that is willing to help their community in a time of great need. It was so nice being able to get food at anytime and…

Great place to stay! The hotel features an arcade, 3 pools, hot tubs, spa, dining, shopping, you name it! We only got to stay for one night while traveling through Reno, but would have loved to stay longer. The Deluxe rooms were really

I loved the casino and the room. The staff is so nice and we had a blast! I was very excited to hang out at the beautiful pool and was really disappointed that there isn’t a designated adult pool. 3 pools and all of them had young kids kicking and splashing water in your face and drinks. It wasn’t even that crowded…
