Breakfast is included daily, the hot tub and pool are kept clean, and the restaurant's big, inexpensive plates have their fans.
Expect rough edges. A sign out front promises no resort fee, yet guests still found one on the bill. The hotel is meant to be nonsmoking, but several people smelled cigarettes in the lobby, halls and even the air conditioning. Pet owners should get the policy confirmed in writing, because more than one guest was told dogs were fine and then hit trouble at the desk. The restaurant has off nights, with burnt steaks and slow service, and a couple of reviewers found the neighborhood rough.
