Stage Door is a dive bar with slot machines on Linq Lane, a short walk from the middle of the Strip, and it runs on cheap drinks. Bottled beer goes for a couple of dollars, shots are cheap, and once you have $20 in a machine the drinks are on the house. The hot dogs have their own fan base. It's open around the clock, most bartenders get warm reviews, and a liquor store sits next door.

Regulars say the recent renovation changed the place. Prices crept up, the dollar beers have vanished, and one longtime regular misses the tables that were swapped out for slots. A couple of people also ran into rude bartenders.

The biggest warning is about parking. Several people had their cars towed after stepping off the property, even after drinking or gambling inside, so if you drive here, don't leave the lot on foot.

We first found Stage Door two years ago during a Vegas trip and ended up spending 4 out of our 5 days there. 😂

Can’t go wrong w $2 beers and decent payouts. Great union dive bar. We were reppin the elevator constructors local 82, operating engineers local 955, and teamsters.

I’m not usually one for a bar with smoke smell, but it is Las Vegas. Put $20 in the machine at the bar and the strong drinks kept coming! Relaxing setting, friendly staff, one of the places to cool off.

Stage Door is #1 on the strip and its not even close!! Sure, they have the cheapest (and strongest) drinks, unbeatable food prices, open 24/7, and a loyal following from locals and tourists but to round it out the best bartenders anywhere!!

I stopped in for a hot dog… and left with a full Vegas adventure.

The hot dog was so good it unlocked a magical side quest. After finishing my meal, I briefly stepped off the property to help an old lady cross the street like the outstanding citizen I am.

I hear Budweiser, Bud Light, Michelob, and the rest of the dollar beers are gone. I haven't heard anything positive since the renovation. The days of Momma-Son and the fun dive bar seem over.

This place is a scam. The Casino and security guard there make money off unsuspecting customers by getting their cars towed. That’s why this place is quite empty and loosing customers. Moment customer leaves casino even for few minutes they get their cars towed. Happened to me and another customer. Never returning to this place again!
