The restaurants win consistent praise, the spa is well liked, and Downtown Summerlin's shops and movie theater are close by.

Extra charges wear on people. Several guests say the minibar bills you just for moving an item, leaving no fridge space for leftovers. The pool draws two crowds that don't mix: parents who hit club music and packed decks, and couples who wished children had their own area. One couple heard a Friday pool concert in their room until midnight. Room cleaning is uneven, smoke reaches well past the casino, and two wedding groups felt the hotel did nothing to mark the occasion.

If I could give this hotel 0 stars I would. No coffee machine or hot water in rooms. No complementary coffee / tea at all. Very inconvenient to have to walk around the whole hotel and through casino and down really long hallways to get back
