I came in to play my free play one day and it wasn't on my card talked to bartender didn't know how to work a computer came back the next day and manager was gunna look into that and fix the problem and 2 days later nothing... Why bother giving free play if ur not gunna honor it specially a mistake on ur part .... Lady bartender is amazing but machines no good

There's a new one on Boulder was open this time a year or two ago...Great beautiful sweet Bartender. Very nice chick. Mostly dead in there but good machines sometimes..shifty restaurant or food services it's mostly just gambling and drinking there.

Probably lost over $1000 this month in this location so far. Just walked in and was told I couldn't have my backpack with me. It currently contains my medication and $5000 I just won from Rio Casino. So much for playing at Wildfire. I refuse to leave that much cash sitting by the door

Machines are tight, but worse than that it's like pulling teeth to get a drink. They walk past you 3 or 4 times without asking if u want a refill. Yes I tip every time, 1 or 2 dollars each drink. And it wasn't crowded, about 6 people
This place has a great bartender named star but unfortunately the manager has made very bad decision like requiring platinum players cards to cash paychecks there. My union hall is right across the street and when I get my paycheck I like to cash it get a drink and play a bit. There are 3500 people in my union hall…

This place is very very slow, barely any players in there. I’m a chairman member and preferred to drive all the way to Henderson to play this location even though I have played a lot in this location i get bad service and zero promotions. I
