Fans love the modern design, the pleasant scent in the lobby and casino, the tablet that works the curtains, lights and temperature, and the restaurants, which cover both fancy sit down dinners and quick bites at any hour. The casino floor is enormous and bright, with high ceilings and lots of slots and tables, and the free tram and walkways link it to neighboring resorts.

The complaints are serious for a hotel at this price. Several guests say those tablet controls failed and took hours to fix, leaving them in the dark or stuck in a warm room. Others checked into rooms that hadn't been cleaned, found hair in the shower or worn fixtures, or got little help from the front desk. A few report billing problems after checkout.
