Resorts World is one of the newer resorts at the north end of the Strip, split into three Hilton hotels: the Las Vegas Hilton, the Conrad and Crockfords. A lot of its reviews come from repeat guests who now treat it as their default Vegas stay. They like that everything still feels new, the rooms are roomy and clean, and there are enough restaurants and bars that some people barely leave. Being a little away from the center suits its fans, though you'll need a ride to reach most other casinos.

The trouble starts when something goes wrong. Several guests arrived to find a reservation missing, a room not ready or someone already in it, and a few had bathrooms that had plainly not been cleaned. The pool draws complaints about strict gate staff and an early closing for a private party. The parking garage is the loudest gripe. You pay by text or QR code, nobody staffs the exits, and drivers describe sitting in line waiting to get out.
