The Cosmopolitan's rooms get most of the attention, especially the ones with balconies. Guests describe terraces looking over the Strip and the Bellagio fountains, big bathrooms and a sleek, grown up style that sets it apart from the themed resorts nearby. The pools get strong marks, and Bellagio and Caesars are an easy walk. The casino itself barely comes up in reviews.
Unhappy guests are mostly unhappy about basics. Rooms have no coffee maker, and extras add up fast. Housekeeping draws complaints about dirty rooms, too few towels and suites showing wear, and several guests felt brushed off at check in when they asked for a higher floor or an upgrade. It's a big property, so expect long walks and sometimes long elevator waits. One longtime guest blames the slide on the MGM takeover.

The definition of you get what you pay for. This is the nicest hotel on the strip, and gives a modern elegance, feels very Vegas and upscale, and is a vibe on its own.
Easily my favorite hotel on the strip. The room was gorgeous, the staff were great, and the location/view is amazing. Would definitely recommend the fountain terrace suites. Made the trip extra memorable as the terrace was the perfect place for our proposal. We will definitely be back!
Loved this place! The rooms were cleaned every day. Both pools were fantastic! The gym was very big. They also have tennis courts. Perfect location to walk to the mall and the Bellagio or Caesars. Highly recommend staying here.
