The short version
The Palazzo is the newer tower of the Venetian resort, and right now its selling point is the view. It faces the Sphere, and a striking number of guests mention asking for, or being handed, a room that looks straight at it. Rooms are all suites, large and spotless, and guests have the run of the Venetian's pools, the canal shops with their gondolas and a long list of restaurants.
Service is where it slips. Several guests waited well past the posted check in time for a room or stood in long lines to get one, and reaching the room from the lobby can be a trek. Housekeeping draws complaints about skipped cleanings and belongings moved around. One guest paid for parking twice in a day because leaving and returning restarted the charge.

The Palazzo is a fantastic hotel with all suites. It really feels like luxury while staying there. And super close & convenient if you’re going to The Sphere with a direct temperature controlled walkway/bridge. There are many restaurants, but you must try the new COTE.
