Encore is the younger half of the Wynn complex, joined to it indoors, and nearly all its reviews come from hotel guests. They praise big, clean, modern rooms with good views, strong restaurants, the spa and pools they call the best part of the stay. One guest pointed out that staying at Encore also gets you into the Wynn pools. None of this is cheap, and fans don't seem to mind.

Light sleepers should read the bad reviews first. Two guests on floors near the top say nightclub bass shook the windows until about 4 a.m., and the hotel's answer was earplugs or a reminder that the clubs exist. The casino floor gets less love, with gripes about curt dealers, servers who only bring drinks to active players and repeated ID checks. A couple of guests found surprise charges on their bill, one for chocolates and one for laundry.

Encore is hands down the hotel to book when staying in Vegas. We booked through the Amex Fine Hotels & Resorts program and were upgraded to a Tower Suite — an upgrade that is absolutely worth it. This was my first time staying in the Encore side of this property. I have to say it feels as good as Wynn side. Loved my room and am currently for the next couple days enjoying it. Wynn/Encore there is nowhere else to stay when coming to Las Vegas

The hotel is perfectly located on the strip. The two hotels Wynn and Encore are interconnected. We had initially booked the two queens at Wynn but got upgraded to Two queens at Encore tower suites on floor 50.
