Horseshoe is the former Bally's under a new name, and its fans talk about position more than polish. It connects indoors to Paris and shares its garage, the Bellagio fountains are a short walk, and rooms facing the Sphere or the High Roller get happy reviews. One guest called it a value pick, not a luxury one.
The good reviews single out the front desk, where clerks hand out upgrades, sightseeing tips and better views. The bad ones describe a different hotel: check in lines of an hour or two, rooms not cleaned before arrival or never serviced during a stay, and rust, mold and stained carpet.

The hotel was nice and in a good location. I rated the service down because we were there for three nights, and not once did they clean the room or drop off new towels, even though we selected that we wanted service during our visit. We ended up running into a hotel cart and took extra towels for our stay.
