Staying inside a glass pyramid is the whole pitch, and even unhappy guests admit the building looks great. Elevators climb the sloped walls at an angle, the interior is big enough to get lost in, and covered walkways and a tram link it to Excalibur and Mandalay Bay. Rates are low for the Strip, and the positive reviews mostly judge it on that basis.
The rooms are where it falls down. Reviewers report dated furnishings, dust and stray hair, slow drains, and TVs that froze or showed nothing, sometimes with a long wait for maintenance. There's no coffee maker or microwave, and a fridge costs extra. Check in is by kiosk, which some found smooth and others found baffling when the booking wouldn't come up. Staff on the casino floor get warmer words than the building does.

Affordable and such a cool theme. Parking is easy. The elevator takes you up at an angle so it feels different but no issues there. The room was lovely. The pool was great although I wish it was open later than 7. Overall a fantastic experience and I would stay here again.
